Desired Formulations

1. Shilajit Physical Energy Formula
A potent blend designed to boost energy and stamina. We are looking for a manufacturer that can handle the precise sourcing and formulation of the following active ingredients:

  • 125 mg Ashwagandha root (KSM-66 or Sensoril)
  • 125 mg Shilajit extract (50-70% fulvic acid) 
  • 100 mg Rhodiola rosea (3% rosavins, 1% salidroside)
  • 100 mg Mushroom/Cordyceps sinensis (CS-4 strain)
  • 50 mg Panax ginseng extract (5-10 mg ginsenosides)
 

2. Shilajit General Wellness Formula
A comprehensive formula aimed at daily health support, featuring a mix of adaptogens, antioxidants, and wellness-enhancing compounds. We require precise formulations that include:

  • Ashwagandha root (KSM-66) – 125 mg
  • Reishi extract (hot water extract) – 100 mg
  • Holy basil / Tulsi (10:1 extract, 10% ursolic acid) – 100 mg
  • Shilajit extract (standardized, 50% fulvic acid) – 100 mg
  • Turmeric (standardized curcuminoids 75-100%) – 75 mg 

Partner Requirements

  • Experience with Gummy Production: Proven track record in producing gummies with active ingredients similar to those listed above.
  • Ingredient Sourcing Expertise: Ability to source standardized and premium quality ingredients.
  • Certifications: Compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other relevant certifications (e.g., organic, kosher, etc.).
  • Scalability: Capacity to scale production from an initial small batch to larger volumes as needed.
  • Packaging Capabilities: Must be able to provide branded, printed standing pouches suitable for retail distribution.
  • Lead Time: As we are ready to move forward, we would like a production partner who can move through R & D and production in the shortest time possible

Other Ingredients

Here is our suggestion of additional ingredients/additives. We would like to emphasize that it’s essential for the ingredients in our gummies to be nutritionally beneficial, made with natural ingredients, that have an appealing taste and texture.

  • Pectin: Good choice for 100% vegan product (fruit cell wall fiber)
  • Sweeteners like Stevia: Herb based, consider GOS (prebiotic)  NOT ARTIFICIAL sweeteners, such as Aspartame  
  • Flavors: 100% natural essences (such fruit purees, essence)
  • Preservatives:  Citric acid, ascorbic acid is vitamin C
  • Color: Natural Colors are – ok
  • Oils: Coconut oil to give smooth texture – ok
  • Sugar free Coating powder:  Xylitol (sugar alcohol) stevia and monk fruit (coating is not necessarily needed – since we are packing each gummy individually)
