AIA ASSETS $20,000 Amazon Seller Account Raffle

1. Eligibility:

  • The raffle is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and are residents of the United States.
  • Employees, officers, and directors of AIA ASSETS LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period:

  • The raffle begins on March 26th 10:00am PST and ends on March 27 4:00pm PST.

3. How to Enter:

  • Participants can ONLY enter the raffle by visiting the AIA ASSETS booth #630 at Prosper Show 2025 and getting their badge scanned. 
  • Full Name, Mailing address and Email are required for each entry
  • No purchase is necessary to enter the raffle.
  • Only ONE entry per email address

4. Prize:

  • The prize for the raffle is an Amazon Seller Account valued at $10,000.00
  • The value of the prize is determined by market value at the discretion of AIA ASSETS at the time of the drawing.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

5. Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • The drawing will take place on March 27th, 2024  and the winner will be notified within 48 hours by email.
  • The winner does not to be present for the drawing.

6. Claiming the Prize:

  • One winner will be notified by email.
  • If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe of 3 business days, another winner may be selected from all valid entries.

7. Taxes:

  • The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize.

8. Publicity:

  • By participating in the raffle, participants grant AIA ASSETS LLC the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Limitation of Liability:

  • AIA ASSETS LLC is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunctions that may occur.

10. General Conditions:

  • AIA ASSETS LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if any fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the raffle.

11. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of New York State.
